Cantref is a housing association which provides homes and services for families, young people, the elderly, and people with special needs who need support to live in the community.

We manage 1360 properties across four local authority areas in west Wales: Ceredigion, North Pembrokeshire, North Carmarthenshire and the Machynlleth area in Powys.

Our tenants are at the centre of all we do. By listening to our tenants and working with them we can create homes which tenants enjoy living in, and together we can strengthen the community.

Our aim is to continue to provide homes that meet the housing needs in our area of operations. Our 5 Year Business Plan 2009-2014 sets out our aims and ambitions and incorporates our values. For more information on our most recent activities please view our latest Annual Report 2007-2008.
