Involving people in what we do

We believe in providing our tenants with a better quality of life by improving the community in which they live. We want our tenants to be part of healthy, happy and sustainable communities. You can find out about how we work with our tenants in our Tenant Participation Strategy – which you can download in Resources & Downloads. We are committed to engaging with the community in order to build on relationships amongst residents and improving the facilities and services available. We have held community fun days, sporting events and road shows. Our Tenants' Voice Group meets every 2 months to discuss housing services and ways of improving services. We consult with the group on any changes we plan to make to services and take on board the group's views.

 

Members are representatives of our residents and can voice any concerns, issues or ideas. Meetings are held at our office in Newcastle Emlyn. We help to arrange transport where needed and you can claim transport costs back. Children are welcome to come along too. If you are interested in joining the group, then please contact us.

 

 

These are groups of local residents who have joined together to benefit their community to discuss local ideas and concerns. Many of the Residents Associations have developed successful community fun days, BBQ's, Estate clean up days, away days and many other fun activities.

We encourage and support our Residents Associations and value their importance and contribution. We will provide funding, training and support in getting them started.
