Report a Repair

You can report a repair on line if you are a tenant or leaseholder. You may report a repair to your home by using the following service. http://www.interfinder.net/cgi-bin/ctcdrd_launch.pl -

If you believe that the repair may be classified as an emergency, for example, a burst water pipe causing a flood, please do not report this repair online.

Please telephone the North Team on 0333 700 1023 or the South Team on 0333 700 1024 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday or between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on a Friday. There is also an out of hours emergency service on 01239 712000 when our office is closed.
