Supported Housing

We provide support services which help people to get and keep a home with us and to live independently. This is provided either in a particular supported housing scheme or as a service to people in their home. Some of our support services are featured in projects in this part of our website. We are also a landlord to several projects that are managed by other support providers – click on the projects on this page. See Our Projects and Other Projects for more information.

 

Our services can include advice, guidance and encouragement to getting and keeping a tenancy, accessing benefits and other services and developing life skills. We keep in regular contact with our clients - we agree support plans with them, which set goals and targets for them to achieve.
