Cantref is governed by a Board of Management of 15 members. Seven of these members are elected by the shareholders and five by the tenants. The remaining three are co-opted by the Board itself.

It costs £1 to become a shareholder. Shareholders are invited to the Annual General Meeting and elect seven Board Members. Individual shareholders may put their name forward for election to the Board of Management as long as other shareholders nominate them in writing.

Shareholders in Cantref may own only a share each and there is no dividend or interest paid on the share.

All applications to become shareholders are considered by the Board of Management.

If you would like to receive more information, including a copy of our policy on shareholders, please contact us.
