Welcome

Cantref housing association is a registered society, under the Co-operative & Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, which provides good quality affordable homes and housing services for almost 3,500 people across four local authority areas in West Wales: Ceredigion, North Pembrokeshire, North Carmarthenshire and the Machynlleth area in Powys.

We have 1415 homes for rent and during the next three years we will be developing over 140 new units.

We provide homes for families, young people, the elderly and vulnerable people, providing support and enabling them to live in the community.

Our mission statement is:
Proud to make a house your home

Our values are:
  • Placing our customers at the heart of our work
  • Encouraging the use of the Welsh language
  • Be sustainable in all we do
  • Open and accountable in all we do
  • Taking ownership in all we do
